We’re one of The Times Best Law Firms in England and Wales for 2023
We’re delighted to be recognised again this year as one of The Times top 250 law firms in England and Wales, after respondents across the legal profession were surveyed by the international market research firm Statista.
“Launched in April 2020, the specialist human rights firm Rook Irwin Sweeney is known for its work in areas such as health and social care, judicial review and education law. The firm recently acted in a challenge to the government’s consultation on proposed changes to the special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) system. It has also been working with Good Law Project, the campaigning organisation, on a judicial review of ministers’ use of private email accounts and messaging apps for government business, and on a challenge to NHS waiting times for gender identity services.”
We’re also proud to see our unique social justice fund recognised:
“The practice has acted for more than 40 clients under its social justice fund, which offers free legal advice in the areas of education, health and social care.”
