Rook Irwin Sweeney, Landmark Chambers and Support SEND Kids’ Webinar – Education otherwise than at school (EOTAS); a law and practice update

Rook Irwin Sweeney, Landmark Chambers, and Support SEND Kids are co-hosting a webinar this January to discuss the law applying to packages of education otherwise than at school (EOTAS).

The webinar will take place online on Wednesday 18 January 2023 from 12:00pm – 1:30pm.

Landmark Chambers’ Leon Glenister and Rook Irwin Sweeney’s James Betts will review recent judgements, including DM v Cornwall, a case in which both speakers were involved, go through the issues that can occur when EOTAS packages are in place and what steps can be taken if EOTAS provision is being considered for the future.
