Rook Irwin Sweeney are acting for the Good Law Project, which is seeking a judicial review into how a pest control company with net assets of £19,000 was given a government contract worth £108m to secure PPE for health workers during the coronavirus pandemic.
The Good Law Project is a not-for-profit membership organisation, that uses the law to protect the interests of the public.
