Landmark Chambers, Rook Irwin Sweeney, and Support SEND Kids are pleased to announce they will be co-hosting a webinar to discuss the law applying in relation to packages of education otherwise than at school (EOTAS).

In this webinar, Landmark Chambers’ Leon Glenister and Rook Irwin Sweeney’s James Betts will review recent judgements, including DM v Cornwall, a case which both speakers were involved in, and go through the issues that can occur when EOTAS packages are in place and what steps can be taken if EOTAS provision is being considered for the future.

All are warmly invited, including parents, local authority representatives, lawyers and anyone else in the wider SEND community.
